  • Monitor the quality of installation work and ensure that the required standards and procedures are followed.

  • Provide technical guidance and practical support to technicians, helping resolve installation-related issues.

  • Ensure that tools, equipment, materials, and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) are available and used correctly.

  • Identify potential operational challenges, delays, and technical issues, reporting them to site management and supporting their resolution.

  • Maintain effective communication with the Site Manager, Assistant Site Manager, other Team Leaders, and Project Management.

  • Ensure that installation documentation, checklists, and daily reports are completed accurately and on time.

  • Identify unsafe conditions and practices, take appropriate action, and escalate HSE concerns when necessary.

  • Support the onboarding, integration, and development of new technicians within the team.

  • Encourage teamwork, accountability, and adherence to company standards.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing feedback, lessons learned, and suggestions for improving site performance.

  • Ensure that daily site activities are conducted safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards.
